Having problems? - the first thing to try is to be sure you are running the most recent version of Sudoku Joy. Check for application updates in the App Store or in iTunes to see if a more recent version is available.
Why don't you do [something]? - we constantly get feature requests for features we already have. Check the settings page, there may well already be a setting to do what you want. If it isn't already available, feel free to send us feedback asking for it.
The bottom row of buttons don't always work? - there is a problem in version 3.3.3 that makes it more difficult to tap buttons on the bottom row of the play screen. This problem is fixed in version 3.3.4, which was submitted to Apple on 5/28/10. In the mean time, try pressing slightly higher than you normally would and the buttons will work.
